A new 32,000 m2 shopping center called VIVA! was opened on April 29, 2010 in Moscow's southwestern district.
VIVA! Shopping Center is the first large-scale shopping mall in Butovo, offering a wide variety of goods and services. The center built from sandwich panels will house such brand name stores as Karusel food hypermarket, Media Market consumer electronics hypermarket, Domania household goods supermarket, Limpampo children’s goods store and many others.
In addition to the shopping area, the facility also includes a food court with cafeterias and restaurants, a 700 m2 family amusement center and a parking lot for six hundred twenty cars, with some of the parking spaces located directly on the roof.
VIVA! Shopping Center was engineered by the best international developers and designers. It was built in a short period using sandwich panels and other state-of-the-art quality materials. Thermopanel sandwich panels manufactured by Thermosteps-MTL served as building envelopes. Six thousand square meters of wall and corner panels were supplied by SK ElFas, LLC, an authorized Thermosteps-MTL partner in Moscow.
