One of my life principles is to constantly look ahead and believe strongly that there is nothing impossible or unachievable. My previous working experience has helped me to realize the importance of team work and personal responsibility.

My experience on the present position has helped to understand entirely the sense of responsibility. The fact that you have to take the final decision, and further development of the company depends on your actions, makes you more self-disciplined.
